At Walerima, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and pack every jewelry piece before dispatch. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

• Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• The product must include all original tags, boxes, certificates, accessories, and packaging materials received with the order.

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made jewelry, personalized designs, engraved items, made-to-order pieces, and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Products purchased on sale, promotion, or special discount may not be eligible for return unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other personal-use jewelry items may not be accepted for return once opened or worn.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

• Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and order details for verification.

• Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will offer a suitable solution such as replacement, exchange, repair, or refund.

4. Return Process

• Please include your order number, full name, contact details, reason for return, and clear product photos.

• Our team will review your request and share return instructions if the return is approved.

• Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or any other suitable refund method agreed by Walerima.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used.

• Shipping charges, delivery fees, customs duties, transaction fees, or service charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges may be accepted for eligible items if the product is unused, unworn, and returned in original condition.

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

• If the requested replacement item is not available, Walerima may offer an alternative product or store credit.

7. Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Walerima is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a reliable courier service.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the return policy.

• Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

9. Custom Jewelry Orders

• Custom jewelry is specially made according to the customer’s selected design, stone, size, metal, and personal preferences.

• Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed design.
